Cancellation Policy
C&R CLEANING SERVICES & MORE - COMPANY POLICIES At C&R Cleaning Services & More, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services with professionalism and reliability. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Office & Cleaning Hours Office Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. If we do not answer, leave a message, and we’ll return your call ASAP. Emergency cancellations may be made via call or text at any time. Cleaning Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (last appointment at 3:00 PM). Pre/post-event cleanings are available upon request. Holidays: We observe major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If December 24th or 31st falls on a weekday, we close at 12:00 PM. Cancellations & Lockouts Cancellations: Provide at least 24 hours' notice (Monday clients must notify us by noon Friday). Late cancellations may incur a $40 fee. Excessive cancellations may result in service termination. Lockouts: If we cannot access your home as scheduled, a 50% service fee applies. Most clients provide a key, which we store securely. Home Access & Arrival Time We do our best to arrive on time, but factors like traffic or extended prior cleanings may affect scheduling. Clients choosing to meet us for access must be available during either 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Payments Payment is due on or before the cleaning day. We accept Cash, Check, Cash App, PayPal, and Debit or Credit. Returned checks incur a $30 fee. Health & Safety Syringes: Dispose of syringes safely in a secure container. Hygiene Products: Wrap and place in a lined trash can. We will not pick up hygiene items left on floors. House Temperature: Please set AC to 76°F before our arrival. Inclement Weather: In cases of hurricanes or severe weather, we may need to reschedule for safety. Insurance & Liability We do not move heavy furniture or climb higher than a 2-step stool due to insurance policies. Ensure confidential documents and sensitive items are stored before our arrival. While we handle items with care, C&R Cleaning Services & More is not responsible for damage due to faulty installations or unsealed surfaces. Report any damages within 48 hours. Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours for a resolution.
